Pendix Retoure - How to trigger a return of goods to Pendix

If one of our products should give rise to a complaint, we regret this very much. So that we can receive your return as soon as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the following steps:

Step 1: Registration of the return shipment

Please register your return at info@pendix.be . We will send you the corresponding return label. When shipping Pendix rechargeable batteries, the regulations for dangerous goods shipping must be observed. Please do not return the goods freight collect or without prior notification as these packages cannot be accepted by us.

Step 2: Fill in the return slip

Please fill out the return form and give us the reason for return. Only thanks to your feedback can we continue to improve. If your reason for returning an item is "defective" or "wrong order", please take the opportunity to contact our service beforehand, so that we can perhaps help you with an exchange of individual components. Step 3: Packing the goods including return slip

Pack the return including accessories and enclose the completed return slip. When returning Pendix rechargeable batteries, we would like to ask you to observe the conditions for shipping dangerous goods. Here you will find information about dangerous goods and their shipping.

Step 4: Attach return label

Stick the return note clearly visible on the package. If you want to use the box we sent you, please stick or remove the old shipping label.

Step 5: Shipping

Initiate shipping. Please keep the proof of posting and the tracking number for possible queries.

The return takes place on basis of our AGBs. After receipt and examination of your goods you will receive a credit note.
