Payment methods in the online shop

For your online order you can use the following payment methods*:

For the payment with PayPal a registration on your part is necessary. Then you can pay quickly and easily in our online shop. Your bank or credit card details are not transmitted to us, but rather a reference number.

We only accept domestic Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

Giropay is one of the most popular transfer methods in Germany. This payment method is supported by 1,500 banks nationwide, no prior registration is required, and sensitive and personal information remains confidential. On the page of Giropay you can check if your bank participates and if this payment option is available to you. After the payment only a reference number is transmitted to us.

With our partner Klarna, payment by invoice is possible free of charge. All payment transactions are handled by Klarna GmbH. The Klarna invoice conditions apply.

As soon as we ship your goods, you will receive a payment request from Klarna. Then you have 14 days for payment.

The following criteria must be fulfilled in order to be able to use the payment method purchase on account for your order:

• You're over 18 years old.
• Your billing address is identical to your home address.
• You order as a private customer, the payment method is not available for corporate customers.

If you choose to pay in advance, you will receive our bank details and payment reference by e-mail following your order. As soon as we have received the payment, we will send your goods to the address you requested.
